Cancellation policy
Free cancellation of the booking is possible up to 30 days before arrival, up to 14 days before arrival the cancellation fee is 20%, after that 90% of the rental cost.
Promotional rates and event dates (Villacher Kirchtag, European Bike Week, Villacher Fasching, weekends in July, August, December from Friday to Sunday) are excluded.
In case of late cancellation, we reserve the right to charge 90% of the accommodation price to your credit card if the booking is not reallocated.
